If it doesn't work for you, we don't want your money. Here's exactly how our policy works — no fine print, no runaround.
What's covered
Unopened
Full refund, no conditions
Received an unopened tin and changed your mind, received the wrong item, or simply don't want it? Full refund, no return required. Just email us within 30 days of your delivery date.
Opened
Full refund if under 15 strips used
Tried the formula and it's not for you? If you've used fewer than 15 strips from a tin (less than half), email us within 30 days and we'll refund you in full. We want you to give it a fair trial — 15 strips is more than enough to know.
How to request a refund

Send a message to hello@cavelostrips.com with your order number and a brief note on the issue. No lengthy explanations needed.

We confirm within 24 hours
We'll reply within 24 hours — usually much faster. If your order was damaged or incorrect, a photo attached to your email is all we need to process it immediately.

Refund processed in 1–2 business days
Once confirmed, we process your refund within 1–2 business days. It will appear back on your original payment method within 3–5 business days after that, depending on your bank.

Subscriptions
Same policy applies per delivery
Each subscription delivery is covered by the same 30-day policy as a one-time order.
You can pause, skip a month, swap formulas, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard — no fees, no lock-ins, no phone calls required.
Cancellations made before the next billing date will stop the following order from processing. Orders already dispatched follow the standard returns policy.
Exclusions
Refunds are not available for
Requests made more than 30 days after your delivery date.
Opened tins where more than 15 strips have been used (more than half the tin).
Orders where an incorrect delivery address was provided at checkout.
Dissatisfaction based solely on personal taste preference for a flavour, where the product performed as described.
