At Cavelo, we stand behind every strip we make. If you're not satisfied, we make it easy to get your money back — no hoops, no hassle.


30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If Cavelo Focus Strips don't work for you within the first 30 days of receiving your order, contact us and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

To be eligible:
- Your request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
- The guarantee applies to first-time purchases of each product
- Opened or partially used tins are not accepted.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email us at support@cavelostrips.com with:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- A brief note on what happened (optional but helpful for us)

We'll process your refund within 2 business days of receiving your request. Funds typically appear in your account within 3–7 business days depending on your bank or card provider.


RETURNS

You are not required to return the product to receive your refund. If you do wish to return unopened items, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are covered by Cavelo — contact us to receive a prepaid label.

Items must be:
- Unopened and in original packaging (for standard returns)
- Returned within 30 days of delivery


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please include a photo of the issue when you reach out.


SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

Refunds on subscription orders follow the same 30-day guarantee. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please see our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy. Charges already processed before cancellation are eligible for a refund under the 30-day guarantee.
